Theo Tobiasse ( 1927-2012) Israeli/French Artist Theo Tobiasse, master of the Paris School was born in Israel and later moved to Paris in 1931. His work portrays women, men and symbolic iconography with loose brush strokes and rich colors. He attributed his works to his real life experiences. His visit to Jerusalem in 1970’s inspired him to create a stained -glass work for the Jewish Community Center in Nice.
