Unusually, there is no "ghost" position with the stem as some reviewers have complained about. The first setting is to wind, second to change the date, & the last - to set the time. Watch comes with three straps as in picture! Wonderful wearing watch, great power reserve - an inexpensive way to try a bronze watch!
