Judging from the design and style of the jumper, and the fact it was made in Hong Kong, I estimate this garment to be from the 1990’s. The sweater is knit with an acrylic/ nylon blend and there are no holes, rips or snags on the garment. It has a general stretch to the fabric. There is a small mark below the left elbow at the back of the sleeve as per last photo.
