The Great Big Bertha Fairway Woods are a friendly forgiving golf club that is large (250cc) and long yet lighter in weight (300g).This club features the Great Big Bertha Ultra Light Light Flex Graphite Shaft.Review: "Ah the fairway wood...we demand for it to be long, forgiving and precise in our shots. Even when our game isn't always there. I like the basic looks at the address to start off. Clean, pleasing to the eye and it does have a small sized head, which I always prefer. I replaced the shaft w/a Grafalloy ProLite 35r, & I find the flight to be a strong trajectory off the deck. I have a smooth tempo, and for my swing speed (95), it rewards me with length that I don't deserve to get. I haven't stayed up with the latest technology in fairway woods, there may have been improvements, but if you take a look in my bag, I tend to hang onto old favorites. Review: "So consistent... It probably helps that I've been playing these irons since the late 80's. I don't seem to hit them too short. 8 iron is good for 140 yards or so. Can hit the 2 iron consistently, especially off the tee. Great alternative for tight tee shots. I used to shoot in the 70's, but don't play regularly over the last several years. Only once last year, but hitting these irons is like riding a bike. Don't swing too hard, feel the club head, stay over the ball, and the results are good! Super accurate.. I tend to fade my woods, but not my irons. Can play 'em high and soft or drive it in shallow. I don't recall what I paid for them... They weren't cheap back in the day...
