Once again, please remember this is NOT the First Edition/First Printing of this title! This rare treasure has some VERY clearly visible wear/age, but when considering its' scarcity, is still in Highly Desirable, Highly Collectible condition! The wear, particularly to the dust jacket, is EXTENSIVE and should be carefully examined/considered. The book appears gently read and has no internal writing, no foxing, no remainder marks, no missing pages and is NOT Ex-Libris. The binding is holding tight and the pages are still surprisingly crisp and clean! Some general/shelf/age wear along with a noticeable lean and creases/scuffing/wear to the spine/corners/boards, particularly noticeable near/along the edges. The wear is clearly visible and should be carefully examined/considered. The original dust jacket is fully intact but has SUBSTANTIAL wear! Some general/shelf/age wear along with creases, scuffing, marks and rips. There are also numerous pieces of clear tape attached to the inside of the dust jacket, presumably used to keep a large portion of the jacket intact. Please note the wear on the spine, at the corners and near/along the edges! In particular, please note the wear on the front cover/spine! This area has EXTENSIVE wear and some loss of paper. All of the wear is VERY clearly visible and should be carefully examined/considered. We tend to grade the condition of our books rather harshly and took into consideration any and all wear when determining the value of this rare book.
