It stays seated in place and doesn't slide up and down as you walk. The Quick-T Ramrod Handle fucntions like a palm saver and t-handle all in one while the jag allows it to be used as a work or cleaning rod. To use the Quick-T Ramrod Handle, simply pull your ramrod out and slide off the Quick-T Ramrod Handle. You can use the t-handle on its' own or screw the jag into the female end of your ramrod to allow for it to function like a work rod. This compact, lightweight accessory makes it easier to reload for a follow-up shot in the field and more comfortable to load your rifle when sighting in at the range.
