It measures roughly 45 1/8" wide x 14 7/8" tall, the cut out is roughly 2 5/8" tall from bottom of mat to center. The distance between the snaps is roughly 42" between the ones on the longer side without the cut out, 11 3/4" between the two on the short side, and the side with the cut out out is 18 1/2" from the corner snap to the one next to the cut out.
