If you have replaced a TPMS sensor in your Toyota, Scion or Lexus and then pushed the reset button in the car / truck the system is stuck in a loop. You will be unable to program or communicate with the TPMS computer. You need to reset the TPMS system. Simply turn the key forward and plug this tool into the OBD II port. Wait 30-35 seconds and the system will reset allowing you to program the new sensors. (This tool does not program sensors to the ECU). This Generic tool will also allow you to read ABS, Traction Control, SRS, Cruise Control, EMPS, VSC, ECBS codes.
