My examination covers but isn't necessarily limited to : Loose discs inside Whether the shrinkwrap is still in place andcomplete Whether there is any obvious scratching or other damage to the case Where I do find an issue, it will have been documented in the listing above and also by pictures, where possible. Please note that brand new Steelbooks, Metalpaks, Blu-rays, Digibooks and DVDs are generally still encased in shrinkwrap and have a J card, Slipcover or Cardboard/Paper Slip which makes a full and thorough examination difficult. In particular, it is impossible to ascertain the condition of the case under any Slipcover, Cardboard/Paper Cover (or J card) as this is hidden. If an imperfection of this kind is subsequently discovered, I can't be held responsible as this is not something I could reasonably expect to find or make known before the sale. All Steelbooks, Metalpaks, Blu-rays, Digibooks and DVD's shipped by me are known to have all discs inside secured and not loose. In fact, if I receive a brand new item with loose discs, I will open it to ensure no damage then sell with the note that it is no longer shrink wrapped and the reason why.
