Description: This auction is for a VINTAGE signed Government Postcard of Former NFL HALL OF FAME PLAYER TOM FEARS. Was a Wide Receiver for the RAMS after his college days at UCLA. Later coached for the Lombardi Packers. Passed away in 2000. This is a Vintage Government Postcard from 1976. This card originates from a recently purchased comprehensive collection of football autographs. Some incredible rarities included in this collection. Most were moutned into an album at one point, which is the origin of the orange spots you might see on the back. These cannot be seen on the front and are just a slight amount of the album backing on the back. Does not effect the signature in any way. This signature has been certified by PSA/DNA, the premier autograph authentication company in the world.
