Description: FABULOUS WINGED TIGER Alebrijes are Mexico's fantastic, imaginative figures - they are often called "creatures of the dreams and the imagination". They are hand-carved and hand-painted of copal wood in Central Mexico where I travel regularly to select affordable high quality and imaginative pieces. This is a great piece - a large tiger with wings horns and a dragon tongue. All pieces are removable. It is approximately 8 1/2" long, and 7" tall and 7 1/4" wide. This imaginative tiger would be a fabulous addition to any collection.
