With that, steelbooks solely factory sealed in plastic may have markings or scratching from transit, shelf life, etc. Without opening the steelbook entirely, there's no method of 100% confirming whether or not a scratch has transferred to the steelbook itself. This is the unfortunate situation with this method of factory prep for steelbooks and is beyond my control. Returns will not be accepted for any of the above mentioned factory produced flaws that may occur with steelbooks. All other return requests within the 14 day window will be considered on a case by case basis if applicable. *Effective 9/5/15, all steelbooks (game, movie or collectible) are wrapped in bubble wrap and then shipped in a box for safe delivery.
