Description: This first edition hardcover book titled "The Riddle of the Russian Princess" by E.S. Liddon. was published in 1934 by Doubleday, Doran & Company. This 297 page hardcover book measures 5x7.5 and was discovered at a South Carolina estate. Cover has wear including fading, discoloration and cloth wear primarily on back cover. Binding and pages appear intact. There is natural page discoloration from age, dust and handling. The bottom right corner of the first page is torn however it does not effect the text. The inside first blank page is stamped "Gift of the People of the United States Through the Victory Campaign to the Armed Forces and Merchant Marine." The inside back over is also stamped "Miami Public Library...Free to Service Men." Overall this 90 year old book appears to be in good condition. Look closely at photos.
