I use the term BRAND NEW for any CD that is SEALED in its original packaging. I rate the disc and booklet/insert as MINT because I can only assume that they are... I obviously can't look at them. Regardless of the terminology used, I attempt to describe items as accurately as possible so that you have a good idea of what you're buying. I am not a dealer, so I generally have time (and am willing) to answer questions about an item before you buy it, so feel free to contact me to double-check on specific conditions of a CD or its booklet, etc. It's in either your or my interest to misrepresent an item's quality. NOTE: I do not rate my CDs on the basis of their jewel cases but I include descriptions of jewel cases. Some are cracked or have holes punched in them. However, if you purchase a CD which has a damaged jewel case, I will attempt to replace it with one which isn't damaged. That said, I have a limited supply of CD pieces/parts. Yes...
