Softcover, with flexible boards and slipcase. Measures about 3 1/2" x 5 1/4". This copy is one of a LIMITED EDITION of 425 copies. It appears to be the first Mosher edition of this work. The book is in very nice condition. There are no bookplates, ink names, pen/pencil notations, or similar flaws. The text is clean. The slipcase is missing the top and bottom and has been worn away at one corner.
