His research activities and areas of expertise focus on German and International Corporate Law as well as Knowledge Management for lawyers.Ref. iur. Oliver Wasmeier works as a legal clerk at the lower district court of Freiburg im Breisgau. He has worked in the Frankfurt office of the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and was a research fellow at the Institute of Information and Business Law at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
