Rates for overseas seem to change often and sporadically depending on country. If buying multiple items, Ebay should calculate combined shipping and any discounts. Sometimes they over charge on shipping and in those cases we will send a refund. All items are mailed via media mail in the U.S. and rates are $3.50 for the first 7" and then .25 each thereafter. International packages are mailed via First Class Mail or Priority/Express depending on the weight and value of the item.
