I would have rated it as very good to even like new condition if not for the previous owner label on the front inside cover. The dust jacket is in good condition for its age. The book shows signs of age or wear through light spine/cover edge/corner rub, slight or no corner push, light spine upper/lower edge rub/push, and very slight yellowing of pages. Hinges are not visible. Hinges still have good pull. All pages are intact with no creasing or marks noted. The dust jacket shows signs of age/wear through cover/spine edge/corner rubbing/tears/tiny edge chips/scratches/light edge creasing, light soiling/rub soil, slight tanning, and light fading/rub fade. Spine upper front corner is split about 1". The spine lower front corner is split about 3/8". The front top edge has tear of about 3/16". Back top edge has tear of about 1/8". Back inside flap top edge has tear of about 1/16". Tiny edge chips here and there, but mostly on and near the spine upper and lower edges. Price clipped. Front inside flap corner fold.
