The apparel is then photographed and inventoried, placed in an airtight zip close bag, and then put in a box until it is ready to ship to you! All our merchandise is stored in a clean smoke free environment. We do not smoke, nor do we allow smoking in our facility so be assured, your item will be fresh and clean! As for pets, well, we love dogs and have three, and a cat that thinks he’s a dog, so we do our best to make sure none of their hairs get on your clothes, but we can't promise. We just love our animals and they come to work with us every day. Not sorry. :) Our pets are clean too! :) We do our very best to check and double check each item for any flaws. Flaws are notated in the item description or photos or both. We are only human, and we are going to make mistakes. Shipping: If the total weight of package is less than 1 lb., we will ship USPS first class. If package is over 1 lb., it will ship flat rate or actual rate.
