Description: Sold As IS FOR PARTS OR REPAIR FINAL SALE NO RETURNS This headset was a store demo. The cables and volume wheel were glued with very strong adhesive. I was able to pull out the 3.5 jack cable but not the Micro USB : ( Headset has been tested and working with No issues! But the volume wheel is defective. And the mic does not work due to the Micro USB stuck. I tested the volume and headset and had no issues. When talking in the mic I got no response. I was only able to hear and test with a aux cable. Both left and right side had sound. I could not test the mic. I was able to adjust the volume through the platform I was connected to. No headband or ear padding
