IMPORTANT Please note: dry-erase markers are not included with this item; instructions are also not included. You will need to supply your own thin markers for use on the sketch books, which all 6 are included, along with 6 cloth erasers, 72 two-sided cards (blue on one side, yellow on the other), and single 6-sided die. The little booklet in the pictures is only about other games from USAopoly. See pictures for more detail, along with the items included. One sketch books has some shadow remnants on a couple of pages; I did my best to clean the pages; contents show signs of use.
