This model brings back the classic Jumbo body shape, ideal for delivering the rich, full sound associated with 12-string guitars. Crafted with solid Indian rosewood back and sides and a Sitka spruce top, the Legacy 855e is powered by traditional X-bracing, a favorite of Bob Taylor during the company's early days. It produces a clear, balanced tone with warm lows, chime-like trebles, and the shimmering octave overtones that make 12-strings so distinctive. The large body provides impressive power while maintaining a sensitive response, ensuring a wide dynamic range that reacts beautifully to the player's touch.This guitar pairs Taylor's modern, comfortable neck design with classic features like a straight-ear peghead with a rosewood veneer and a mustache bridge.
