Tandberg TR 3030 dial lighting kit - includes four frosted dial lamps

Description: Tandberg earned a reputation for building rock-solid, super high-performance stereo receivers in the late 1970s. These fine audio components were hand-assembled in Norway, and their tuners had sensitivity and noise rejection capabilities equal to some of the finest component tuners made. They had a beautiful sonic quality and were built to last a lifetime. This auction is for a dial lamp replacement kit for the unique TR 3030 model receiver. It uses four frosted wedge lamps, as shown in the picture. The stereo indicator is an LED, not a lamp, and rarely needs to be replaced so is not included with this kit.Note: These lamps do NOT work properly in other Tandberg receivers, regardless of what less scrupulous or less knowledgeable sellers may suggest. They're a different voltage and different wattage than the lamps from the 2025/2030/2040/2045/2060 models, though it's the same type (wedge lamp). That's why I maintain a separate listing for the lamps for those models. This kit includes 4 new, frosted-white wedge-type dial lamps that install behind the tuner display. All of these match the original part specifications and install exactly as the originals did. They have been frosted to match the original dial appearance as closely as possible; you can use clear lamps but the display will look different. This kit is perfect for restoring the original look & feel of your vintage Tandberg receiver. Comments on one of my lighting kits from a satisfied buyer: "It's all pretty now!
