Description: From my personal collection, bought off the spinner rack/newsstand back in the 60s, bagged and boarded in the 90s. This is a set of 3 classic Tales to Astonish comics. They all feature terrific Jack Kirby covers and Steve Ditko art on the Hulk strip. As a matter of fact, issue 61 is an all Ditko book as he also did the Giant-Man strip. Issue 63 is also noteworthy for presenting the origin and 1st full appearance of the Leader. These comics are complete and intact. The covers and pages are free of marks, tape, and tears, excepting the back cover of issue 63 has a very small piece missing in the upper left corner. There is some browning due to age. Unlike a lot of sellers, I try to show a good number of interior pages. Please examine all photos carefully to form your own opinion as to condition and grade. Comics will be newly bagged and boarded and will be sent USPS Ground Advantage securely packed in a Gemini mailer.
