Description: Tales of the Abyss PS2 'RP' Store Display Gondola Small Poster Sign Promo 2005. Be advised I cannot ship this item to a mail forwarding service/address! This small display poster sign (12" x 7.25") was used in a EBGames/Gamestop store, so it has some noticeable flaws unfortunately. This sign was used on their wood and slat 'gondola' display shelves and were made to fit on top of them perfectly. Most posters they used on gondolas fit into the top with ease, but some were taped on the back so they could stick to different poster and create a two-sided sign. This sign was adhered to another which left marks on the back, and did create some small creases/bends on the front as well. It is in overall good condition considering it's use, but is not mint and honestly was roughed up a little more than all my other posters since it was also used in a store window after the gondola use. Still though, it's quite a rare piece, and is a pre-order poster advert, hence the RP (Rating Pending) on the poster. There are several marks on the backside from being stored and have ink rub-off. I'm unsure if these could be cleaned off, but I didn't dare try, as to not risk harm to it. The front has some bends, but also a good deal of surface scratching in several areas. The worst flaw I'd consider a definite crease over one characters head/torso. There are up close photos of all of these flaws, and I showed what some looked like both out of the direct bright light and then with it, so you can get an idea of how it would display without a bright light on it. Other than the flaws it's really pretty nice and displays well! Tales of the Abyss promo items aren't too common, and are usually not paperboard displays, so this is a great opportunity to get a rare display item! Paperboard items like this are very rare!It was made in 2005, and licensed to be used by EBGames/Gamestop to promote the game a create 'coming soon' section since the game was not released yet. This specific one was used for a longer period in order to get more pre-orders to give out the limited laser cels that came with pre-ordering the game, as mentioned on the sign.It is not very large, as it was meant to be for gondolas only, and is approximately 12 inches by 7.25 inches in size. It is made of a somewhat thin paperboard material.Please judge the photos carefully for yourself. It displays so nicely in person in my opinion.
