Description: This Tektronix 2440 Two Channel Digital Oscilloscope 300MHz 500MSa/s is in good cosmetic condition with scuffs and scratches present. There is also some slight staining on top of the unit. I was able to power on this oscilloscope as shown, however it showed a number of failures during the power on self test: Sys-RAM, FPP, CKSUM-NVRAM, and CCD all showed failures.
