Description: This is a vintage chrome postcard, unposted and featuring a view of the swimming pool at the Broadwater Beach Hotel and Cottages in Biloxi, Mississippi. Opened in 1938, it was converted to the President Casino Broadwater Resort in the 1990s when gambling became legal on the Gulf Coast. It closed its doors and declared bankruptcy in July 2005. It was damaged the next month by Hurricane Katrina and subsequently demolished. Postcard may have normal wear associated with old postcards such as creases and bent corners.
