Stunning Quality Antique Satsuma "Well Bucket" planter, damaged, from estate lot

Description: This is a very stylish and elegant table vase in the shape of a classic Japanese water bucket, its very well made and finely decorated in the classic Satsuma style, its obviously by a very good artist or factory and has lots of hand done writing underneath which I assume is the maker or painter (possibly both) sadly however its badly damaged to one handle which is missing its top section, it could be restored but I quite like it as an object to simply use as it is and enjoy. I would imagine its a valuable item in perfect condition but this is how its been for some time, good overall condition apart from the onbvious loss to the top of the handle side as seen in the images. Priced accordingly.......... Overall the way its made, the look and handling is seriously cool. Size: approx 18 cm tall.
