Description: This is such an unusual piece I can't eve guess at how old it is, I've never seen another one like it. I'm guessing it might be from the seventies. The pieces of this necklace are cast metal in a bronze tone finish. I don't think it is bronze, the patina seems applied. It has a bib look and the pieces are strung on a cotton cord which is a wine color although faded in some places. Looks great with the metal. There are multiple pieces, the forms in the middle section are approx 2" long, all the same, 21 pieces and the side pieces. The cord is meant to be tied so when you are considering the length remember you will use up some of the length in the knot. Without the knot, this is 24" long. It is meant to worn like a bib.
