It actually has a higher silver content than sterling as it is 950 silver instead of 925 which is the currently US standard for sterling silver. It is marked 950 Chile. It measures approx. 17" long ( See photo with ruler)/. All stones are present and in good condition. Necklace is in good condition with minor wear - back of necklace has some very fine, light, surface s scratches from normal wear, which could be buffed or polished out by a jeweler if desired, but are generally considered "honest wear" and a sign or authenticity in an antique piece. It closes with a box clasp with a safety latch. See photos for measurements. It is clean , polished & ready to wear to gift wrap. See photos for full description and condition.
