Ball stands on a hollow stem and a round-form base. Structure beautifully decorated with applied filigree ornaments. There is an old round-form patch, or the way it was made. Please see and inspect all photos. Marked to underside with: "Israel" for country of origin; "ST. 935" for .935/1000 silver purity. Made in Israel, sometime in 1960's. Pictures will tell you more.
