Has been kept INDOORS in a clean/dry building!! Few scuffs and scratches, but luster nice,. Still retains great character. The bolts appear a bit rusty, but i can assure you i took this apart about 2015 I rebuild bikes regularly and can tell you all bolts tighten and loosen very healthy.
