Gore Kone coffee is washed, meaning the coffee beans have the cherry removed before they are dried. The washing process prevents fruit fermentation during drying, delivering an unadulterated, clean, and crisp flavor profile that lets the beans' character shine through. After processing, Steady State roasts the green coffee beans to a light roast level to promote sweetness and complexity in the cup. The final result is a balanced, fruity coffee with crisp complexity and tasting notes of acai, key lime, and peach.
