I haven't found any history on this old restaurant as of yet. This rare 20 strike matchbook was manufactured by the Monarch Match Company in San Jose', California. All matchbooks are sealed in plastic wrap and shipped in a protective cardboard sleeve to prevent any damage to the product. I do combined shipping and "get it there fast" shipping.
