Excellent - May have some slight issues, but nothing overpowering the back of the disc4. Very Good - Some noticeable issues, but no deep scratches or anything to cause read errors5. Good - Flaws may present in a manner that almost overpowers the disc surface, but the game still plays with no issues6. Fair - Flaws are noticeable throughout back of disc, but still plays perfect7.
