Description: 1950's Club Copacabana Souvenir Photo Folder New York City Greeting on the back may or may not be by Connie Francis. 1959 was early in her career but the signature bears a similarity to her later autograph, especially the initial "I" in "it's". It fits datewise in that Connie played the Copa in 1959. The audience at this exclusive club were routinely treated to a greeting and/or by signing their club folder, from the headliners. The signature indicates a person with lofty goals, high aspirations - the stem of the "t" is towards the top of the base of the letter, and the space between "won" and "derful" may indicate distraction or a person in career chaos - she was having to deal with entertainment execs - she was star one day, then the next out without a contract, then a new hit song - wild and crazy swings in her life. One of the men in the photo was a relative of Kansas Senator Capper. Thanks for looking!
