Description: The good. I cleaned the roller guides and head on this unit. I tested it recording, playing, zoom in/out and the remote. Everything is working. I did test the digital memory with a memory stick as I do not have one. Comes with a Maxwell bag and JVC HI8 tape sealed The bad The battery is not charging but it’s not necessary to use if you use with the power cord. The hand grip is degrading which is typical of a unit this old. The cover that covers the digital outputs is broken off but is included and stays in place dispute being broken.
