Small 3M Enhanced Combat Helmets NOT ACH, MICH, IHPS

Description: Small 3M Enhanced Combat Helmets BRAND NEW IN PLASTIC Condition appears to be NEW in plastic however after having sold over 200 helmets I have had one customer complain that there were some dings in the helmet so we did an exchange for another helmet and he said that it wasnt new. Now the first helmet he exchanged I will say did have 2 gouges in it as it appears that did have some sort of blunt force impact somewhere during transit. I offered the seller a full refund for the helmets on 3 separate occasions and he chose to keep the second helmet and wanted a partial refind of $200. Put of all the helmets ive sold he was the only customer to complain about condition and Refused to return for axfull refund. It sounds like a clear case of FEEDBACK EXTORTION if you ask me. The helmets were sold to me as new and all the helmets are in plastic and all the components are new in plastic but we will say the shells may be used I will say that these helmets appear to be new in plastic but I will cal them pre-owned becaue they may have some storage and transport scuffs, dings, gouges, markings or other minor cosmetic defects due to being sold second hand but appearing to be inxa NEW old stock condition.
