Description: 100% authentic signature of Spanish-American War Medal of Honor recipient Seaman Willard Miller, USN (1877-1959). Miller, and his brother Harry (also a MOH recipient), served aboard the USS Nashville during the war with Spain. He was awarded the MOH for valor during the cable cutting operation at Cienfuegos, Cuba 11 MAY 1898. This is a scarce signature.
