Description: I was unable to find a single other Signed Copy of MVLs La Casa Verde for Sale. Far less desirable works by MVL were valued around 80-$150+ when signed. There are a couple diagonal creases on the front cover as well as one hard crack along the spine. The book has clearly been read, but there are no loose or missing pages. No smoke odors.
