Publshed in 2012 by HarperCollins, printed in the United States. I consider this book to be in overall very good pre-owned condition, with very minor surface scuffing and edge creasing to the dust jacket, and what appears to be a faint pen mark at the top portion of the rear jacket. It has been fitted with a clear dust jacket protector, which is not permanently affixed and can be easily removed if desired. Slight age-tanning to the top edge of the text block and bumped spine corners (see photographs 17 and 18). The pages appear otherwise clean and undamaged, the binding tight and square, and the cover boards in great shape.
