Sigma 400mm F/5.6 APO Telephoto Macro Lens (pentax mount?)

This lens has not been tested on a camera. It works as expected when inspected visually. The rubber grip on the lens is sticky. Not sure the cause but doesn't interfere with operation. Im not a lens expert and there are no markings I can see that identify the camera mount. Based on pictures I think it may be a pentax mount. Please see pictures. Thanks for looking.
