Description: The postcard is unique. The Ayer Mantjoer is stating "Yesterday Mantjoer" This was or is the Manchuria region. The Asian writing states " Traveling to Major Foreign Cities Such as Sino and RIta". The MOST important part of the card is the ship's stamp. It is stamped SS Van Den Bosch. At Least it appears to be, as part of it is cut off. The S.S. Van Den Bosch was commissioned by the War to fight in WWII. She was a Troopship for the Merchant Navy for the Nation of Netherlands from 1939-1945. She survived the was and was returned to the owner KPM. The stamp on the postcard is a green 2 1/2 cent Nederlandsch Indie Stamp and does have a small collection value.
