Description: SHIMANO TRITON BEASTMASTER GRAPHITE 20/50 2 SPEED BIG GAME REEL Used. Excellent condition with minor external cosmetic wear evident. Minimal actual use. Reel serviced with reel being completely disassembled, inspected, cleaned, and lubricated. Amongst the best reels ever made providing high drag availability in smaller reel class. This reel was MADE IN JAPAN, not China. This is a GRAPHITE series model. It has a waterproof graphite drag washer and solid stainless steel pressure plate. See photo of drag assembly from one of these reels. Superior smooth drag system. IT DOES NOT HAVE THE DEGRADING GEL PRESSURE PLATE ISSUES that the multiple other non-graphite series Beastmaster reels are notorious for. The pictures are representative of two reels available. They are both in essentially same condition with no significant differences. Both serviced the same. PLEASE NOTE that the bottom of one reel foot was engraved with the owner's SS# and name. These have been engraved over and colored black with indelible marker to obscure these markings. Relatively small markings and not visible when reel is mounted on a rod. No structural significance. See photos. One reel was not engraved. Original instruction manual, rod clamp assembly, and 50# Magnum drag lever included.
