There are very pretty decorative buttons at the upper bust and they are non working. The same pretty buttons are at the cuffs of the long sleeves and those are working buttons. The upper bust has a black and white herringbone type pattern. The bottom flows out and is solid black. There is a scoop neck and there is a black ruffle all the way around the neckline. The hemline is a block hem. This is stylish and a very pretty item! The bust measurements are 24 inches and the shoulder to hem measurements are 30 inches. There is a zipper in the back from the top of the neck and partway down the back to where the pattern ends to the solid part of the tunic top. The fabric content is 100% Polyester.
