"SFBJ PARIS 247 Paris" French Bisque Doll 14” Beautiful Face. FOR PARTS.

Description: Please carefully review the photos.. This doll is damaged. I have tried my best to show the extent of that damage. The doll in the photo is the exact doll you will receive. Someone did this girl dirty, and she doesn't deserve it. I was going to throw her out, but stopped after trying to research her. I know nothing about hand strung dolls, I don't know if she is antique or reproduction. I don't know what her hair is made of. I DO know that after 20 minutes of looking at SFBJ dolls, I can't find an example with her face. She has the sweetest face. I don't know much about dolls, but I still love her. I am hoping that her uniqueness catches the eye of someone who restores dolls. It would be amazing to know she was being taken care of properly. I believe she had some major trauma that left her without a left thigh. Her left calf and shin were wrapped tightly with old rubber bands. I removed them and I think she will need her entire leg replaced. Her face has no damage whatsoever. Her torso also appears to be completely intact. Also, I do not know how to properly clean a bisque doll, so I haven't. Her hair feels different than the other dolls I have handled. I do not know what it is made of. She is jointed at neck, shoulders, elbow, wrist, hip and knee. If you have questions or would like additional photos, I am happy to oblige.
