Description: DIMENSIONS: Approximately 10 inches x 8 inches ITEM DETAILS: This is a nice set of eight promotional front-of-house stills from the 1964 release of the western adventure Across the Wide Missouri starring Clark Gable. They come from a large, eclectic collection of front-of-house material amassed directly by a long time cinema employee, and having researched and examined them carefully I have no doubts as to their authenticity. This set is in extremely nice original condition having been stored correctly away from light and moisture in an acid free sleeve, but the collector was a smoker, and although the residual smoky smell has faded greatly in the time I've owned them, there's still a slight lingering cigarette aroma that's not intrusive and I'm sure will dissipate eventually. Otherwise they are in good, bright condition with some minor creasing, some yellowing and grubby marks on the back, where there are date stamps on some dated 1964, but no other significant issues and everything is exactly as you see it in the scans.
