Description: Set of Four Dessert Trays from the Four Seasons Restaurant formerly located on E 52nd St in NYC. On July 26th, Wright Auction House had an auction selling items from the restaurant, which in result brought record prices. We have acquired four trays from the Four Seasons Restaurant in which we are selling as a lot in this listing. All four trays are the same size and are just a bit shy of 12" diameter. The two trays shown in the picture on TOP are Both marked on the bottom "GRAND SILVER CO. WEAR-BRITE NICKEL SILVER"These were by Garth & Ana Louise Huxtable. And examples of items by this brand items done by Huxtable can be found throughout the Wright catalog. Also, one of them do have like a nick in the plate on one end. See picture for details. The last two trays on the BOTTOM however, are not marked anything on the bottom, it is the same as the first two, but just unmarked.One of the trays do have a bend on the edge of the plate. All three trays have dings, minor dents, scratches, wear, and tarnish from the years and years of use in the Four Seasons.We have not cleaned these trays and will be shipped out the same way we acquired them from the Four Seasons directly.
