Description: *NO ANIMAL PARTS WERE USED IN THE PRODUCTION OF THESE MOLDS* Up for auction is a set of three fiberglass molds for form making. These come from the William Lee Birch collection which I bought in 1993. The first three photos are the Lion, the second two are the hippo and the last two photos are the white rhino. See Photos. I have used the Rhino mold to make a few rhino reproductions with fake horns availvable from McKenzie Supply, using sculpt apoxie and glass eyes and modified ear liners. With a little paint this makes a convincing Rhino. You could also make a fiberglass positive from all three of these molds and mount skin as usual. They all could be beefed up to use foam. These forms has been in storage for a while and are in good-fair condition. Usable, will need a little work. This auction is a final sale. There are NO returns. Ask questions before bidding! Pick Up or shipping arranged by buyer. This is the start of our downsizing of our taxidermy business due to health reasons. Over the next few months, I will be auctioning off some molds which I no longer use. I have several large animal molds that I'm listing now and will start listing the fish molds that I have used to make money with over the last 35 years. Now its time to pass them on to someone else for the next 35 years. I have several hundreds of fish molds from small panfish to bass - trout - catfish - sailfish - grouper - to the largest a 17 foot Great White Shark mold. I will be grouping them up and offering them at auction. If you are interested, email me or call 1-800-336-3443. This is a large item. Prefer it picked up, but buyer can arrange shipping through the carrier of their choice.
