This is for a tin litho, non-locking pin that says "Tell it to Hanoi" from the late 1960s or early 1970s. Each is about the size of a half dollar (About 1.75" across). This is Tin Litho paint over metal and has a non-locking pin on the back. This was stored for years in a box and retains great color and is in nice, not mint , some minor marks or surface scratches /discoloration on the front from shifting around in a box,nothing stands out,but some will be there, but still excellent condition. These are for collectors and should NOT be Given TO SMALL Children EVER!!
